ICT Literacy Specialists on each campus can help you develop your ICT skills in a range of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and EndNote.

Computing skills feedback

Drop in sessions

Drop-in and consult with an ICT Literacy Specialist. These sessions can be used to revise what was learned in a workshop or to explore options for a computing related problem. No bookings required. Just turn up! You can stay for as little as 5 minutes or the whole session.

Gold Coast Drop-in Sessions

Venue: Library, G10 2.25
Day Time
Tuesdays 2:00pm - 4:00pm (weeks 1-13)
Thursdays 10:00am - 12noon (all year)

Nathan Drop-in Sessions

Venue: Willett Centre (Library), N53 1.50
Day Time
Tuesdays 2:00pm - 4:00pm (all year)
Thursdays 10:00am - 12noon (weeks 1-13)

Computing skills consultation (Remote assistance)

Griffith staff and postgraduate research students with a university asseted computer and a workspace on campus have access to a service which provides one-to-one assistance with specific computing queries for supported software.

Consultation is usually by phone and remote access to client's desktop. Consultations are limited to one 30 minute session per week.

Please note if you require formatting of a thesis or other long document you should begin work on your document at least 2 weeks before the due date.
