- Learning Adviser - Learning Advisers are professional educators who work with students to achieve their academic goals. We are located on each campus and can advise you on issues related to academic writing, exam preparation, time management and other academic skills. We can help you to improve the structure of written assignments, organise ideas, develop arguments and understand the expectations of university study.
- ICT Literacy Specialist (computer trainers) - ICT Literacy Specialists are on each campus and can help you develop your ICT skills in a range of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and EndNote.
- Library and IT Help Librarian - For quick help over the phone, email or in person at one of our libraries ask a Library and IT Help librarian.
- Academic Services Librarian - Can help Griffith academic staff and higher-degree research students with their research specific information needs. Consultations can be made face-to-face, via email or phone.
- Off Campus Librarian - Provides advice on library services and assists with assignment research. Support is also provided for IT as it relates to the provision of Off Campus services.
