Once examined and approved, a higher degree student (Masters by Research, PhD and Doctorate) is required to deposit three copies of their thesis with the Griffith Graduate Research School.
- One hardbound print copy
- Unbound print copy
- Digital copy on CD or USB
The library will deposit the digital copy in the Griffith University Digital Theses Collection on behalf of the student.
To maximise the visibility of higher degree research, theses in this collection will be discoverable in Trove, the National Library of Australia’s discovery.
PhD by Publication students are exempt from depositing a digital copy of their thesis. In exceptional circumstances an exemption from deposit may be granted.
