The library has a range of specialists who can help with academic or library related issues and are grouped by subject areas. The specialists include; Academic Services Librarians, Learning Advisers, ICT Literacy specialists and Information Literacy Librarians.

Orientation Support
Orientation activities relating to the library and IT services are provided for students by the Library and IT Support staff. Most of the Library and IT orientation activities for undergraduate students can be accessed on-line. Manager Library and IT Help is responsible for ensuring that all on line resources are available on time and is a first point of contact for any enquires about undergraduate Library and IT Help orientation.
Off Campus Support
The Off Campus Librarian provides advice on library services and assists with assignment research. Support is also provided for IT as it relates to the provision of Off Campus services.
Information Literacy Support
Librarians are responsible for the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of information literacy programs and resources for the staff and students of Griffith University. Information literacy education empowers and assists the Griffith community to achieve academic excellence and lifelong learning by engaging with information in complex contemporary environments.
