INS Values
To achieve our mission of "developing and delivering client-focussed information, technology and learning support services that enhance Griffith's educational, research and community programs", it is essential for INS to ensure that
a strong set of values underpins all activities and business decisions.
Approximately one-third of INS' staff were involved in the values development
process, and these values are now an integral part of the way INS
operates and behaves.
Teams are encouraged to talk about our Values - what they mean, how they
were developed, and why they are important to our business.
