INS Values

To achieve our mission of "developing and delivering client-focussed information, technology and learning support services that enhance Griffith's educational, research and community programs", it is essential for INS to ensure that a strong set of values underpins all activities and business decisions.

Approximately one-third of INS' staff were involved in the values development process, and these values are now an integral part of the way INS operates and behaves.
