Simple notophyll vine forest patches (cleared by sandmining ca. 1960) in lee of coastal sand dune hollows with nutrient enrichment from calcareous shell debris and perhaps traces of nearby basaltic soil parent materials. Cf. Cooloola and Fraser Island in South Queensland.
