The communication guidelines provides an overview of the Griffith brand and what this means for INS in how we communicate with our internal and external clients. It is recommended that all new INS staff read this document as part of their orientation. The guidelines document has been updated and merged with the 2010 communication tips document. A print version of the guidelines will be available early 2012.
