What's involved in offering a project

Projects are registered through our online registration form. The projects are then reviewed and approved by an academic in the discipline area of your project. The academic is responsible for ensuring projects are of sufficient difficulty and scope to be completed by a final year student. If required, the academic may contact you to discuss the project to determine its suitability.Students showcase their projects at the Annual Project Expo

Approved projects are advertised to students who are eligible for and who have registered for the IAP. Students apply for projects and create an e-portfolio consisting of a resume and/or cover letter/s. The University approves students for interview.

You will be able to access the resumes of students approved to interview for your project, and go through the standard employment interview process. You are able to choose which student/s you’d like to offer the project to.

The IAP staff are available to assist you with the process of offering a project.
