Research expertise
Collaborating with a range of public- and private-sector organisations, Associate Professor Jimmieson's research program aims to increase the capacity of employers to identify and manage psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, with a view to promoting employee health and organisational effectiveness. Her research has attracted competitive national funding in excess of $1,000,000 and her work has been published in leading international books and journals in the fields of organisational psychology and human resource management.
