Research topic title
Fun at work: Defining and operationalising the construct.
Description
Fun at work is reported in the popular press as having substantial organisational benefits. This research program explores the construct of fun at work, placing it in a nomological net with the related constructs of humour and play to establish its unique identity. In addition, fun at work is examined using a conceptual framework that explores the context in which fun exists, the process of having fun at work and the impact of having fun at work in relation to a range of organisational variables.
