- Research topic title
- Fun at work: Defining and operationalising the construct.
- Description
- Fun at work is reported in the popular press as having substantial organisational benefits. This research program explores the construct of fun at work, placing it in a nomological net with the related constructs of humour and play to establish its unique identity. In addition, fun at work is examined using a conceptual framework that explores the context in which fun exists, the process of having fun at work and the impact of having fun at work in relation to a range of organisational variables.
