Biography

Dr Tracy Comans is a Research Fellow in the Centre for Applied Health Economics, Griffith University, School of Medicine. Her work includes the evaluation of drug submissions for the pharmaceutical benefits scheme, economic evaluation of health care programs and systematic reviews and development of clinical guidelines.

She has degrees in physiotherapy and economics (Hons) with a clinical background as a physiotherapist with special interests in aged care and rehabilitation. She continues to provide clinical supervision and advice to physiotherapy services in the Metro South community aged care and rehabilitation teams.

Her fields of expertise include economic evaluation of health care programs, and service models of rehabilitation.
