Professional Biography
Dr Rihani has obtained her doctorate of dental science with honours from the University of Casablanca and presented her thesis in 2002. She then went to France to complete a postgraduate academic diploma in orthodontics at the University Pierre et Marie Curie( Paris 6). She obtained a postgraduate certificate dentofacial orthopaedic at the University Paris 7 and a Postgraduate certificate of high study in biomaterial used in dental art at the University Paris 5.Dr Rihani has gained experience working at Salpetriere Hospital in Paris, before she was appointed as a lecturer at Griffith University leading the orthodontic discipline. She is currently preparing a graduate certificate of higher education in teaching.
Her main interest is interception in orthodontics, She is currently working on a research project on the non-nutritive sucking habits

- Lecturing and teaching orthodontics for dental science students.
- Lecturing and teaching orthodontics for oral health therapist students.
