The RCCCPI has introduced new technology funded by the HOLD project, over the past 12 months to encourage members to collaborate (by using TeamPlace) with each other and to store data in a more manageable way (EQUELLA).TeamPlace
Eventually, every new project will be allocated a "room" in the TeamPlace environment for members of that specific project to collaborate, then at the end of that project all the discussions will be rolled into EQUELLA. All members including Adjuncts will have access to TeamPlace within 2 months.

EQUELLA
In essence, EQUELLA is the virtual "filing cabinet" for completed projects with secure areas (by unit) and a public area. Each project that is entered into EQUELLA needs to be catagorised by a number of subjects and documents associated with that project can be attached. Once the project information has been entered and submitted it can be searched for by anyone with access to that particular collection, then depending on the security documents relating to that project can be accessed.
