Chronic Disease Management Incentives Project
This project explores the impacts of chronic disease management incentives on general practice staff, considering different models of staffing and care management and their associated benefits and costs, as perceived by health care providers in general practice.
This is a project of the South East Queensland Research Network in collaboration with Griffith University PHCRED program.
SEQRN is a general practice research network that is open to any health professional involved in providing health care within a general practice setting. SEQRN provides opportunities for practitioners to gain skills and experience in research.
