Partnerships and collaboration

PHCRED Queensland collaboration

Five sites across Queensland have been awarded funding from the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing to provide research capacity building programs to primary health care clinician. These are:

  • Griffith University
  • Bond University
  • James Cook University
  • The Mt Isa Centre for Rural and Remote Health
  • University of Queensland

These sites work together to provide a collaborative approach to primary health care research capacity building. Currently a range of activties are being collaboratively implemented at a state-level by the sites, including state-wide travelling training roadshows, research networks, research fellowships and the development of a multi-site research project.

The following colloborations provide primary health care practictioners with opportunities for skills development and networking.
