Ms Fiona Ellem

Ms Fiona EllemMs Fiona Ellem comes to the School of Pharmacy with an extensive background in clinical pharmacy practice. This experience enables her to develop innovative and clinically-current material for students. Using a multidisciplinary approach, Ms Ellem helps students develop the skills necessary to provide patient-focused care and early interventions that reduce the need for hospital admissions.

Ms Ellem recently led a team of Griffith students from a number of health disciplines to first place in a nation-wide interprofessional student competition that challenged students to develop therapies for difficult patient cases.

Ms Ellem is also involved in teaching safe prescribing at the School of Medicine and continues to practice pharmacy in addition to her teaching role.
