Jessica Bugg unwittingly followed in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother. She had little idea which direction her career would take when she was hired as a pharmacy assistant at the age of 19.
“I just enjoyed helping people and learning about health care at the same time.
“I also found out a year after I started that both my mum and grandmother had worked in the pharmacy before me. I never knew.”
