Pharmacy student in the lab

Griffith’s pharmacy program offers innovative and integrated degrees that are responsive to the needs of the profession and the community. They will give you the opportunity to develop skills and abilities that are attractive to potential employers.

You will have access to state-of-the-art purpose-built facilities which feature a professional practice laboratory with a model dispensary, a dedicated formulation laboratory and aseptic dispensing unit, and research laboratories.

You will be taught by practicing pharmacists and research-active staff who are committed to ensuring you have comprehensive training in the scientific and professional aspects of pharmacy.

Industry experience and clinical placements will be an integral part of your learning experience.

Griffith has one of the few pharmacy schools in Australia accredited to ensure you will graduate having already completed Stage 1 Preparatory Training for Medication Management Reviews.

We also lead the country in providing management and leadership training, and are the only pharmacy school to integrate complementary medicine education across the entire program.

Our articulated and fully-accredited Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science and Master of Pharmacy programs give you a range of career options in both the public and private sectors, in health care or industry.
