Donations or bequests of any amount add up to significant support which contributes to the ongoing research of the Heart Foundation Research Centre.
Funding support may be allocated for the following purposes:
- scholarship or fellowship support for Honours (up to $5,000 per annum) or PhD students (up to $22,000 per annum) undertaking cardiovascular research within the Centre;
- equipment and infrastructure support;
- laboratory consumables; or
- contribution to the establishment of a cardiology research chair to direct and translate research to the clinical setting (up to $200,000 per annum).
