Many of our programs include professional placements providing students with the opportunity to work alongside experienced health practitioners to learn, in real workplace settings, the practical and applied aspects of their chosen careers.

They include state-of-the-art buildings developed to accommodate our new schools of medicine, dentistry and oral health and pharmacy, as well as a broad range of modern scientific laboratories, clinical skills facilities and simulation laboratories used across the full suite of our programs.

Queensland Health and Griffith University are moving forward with plans to build a brand new $500 million teaching hospital alongside Griffith’s Gold Coast campus which will help serve the health needs of the growing Gold Coast region and will provide a strong focus for research and the education of health students.
