Please complete the change of membership form, attach a current Curriculum Vitae AND address the GHI membership criteria according to your academic appointment. If you are unsure what your academic appointment level is, please contact your HR Advisor. Please forward your application to the relevant GHI Program/Centre Director for recommendation.

Griffith Health Early and Mid-Candidature Milestones
The timeline in the guidelines below apply to Full Time Equivalent students. The timeline is extended for part time students as follows:
- early candidature milestone is expected to take place approximately 12 months after commencement for PhD students and 6 months for MPhil students.
- mid-candidature milestone is expected to take place approximately 48 months after commencement for PhD students and 24 months for MPhil students.
