  • Develop effective pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students into Griffith University.
  • Develop effective learning support programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
  • Establish partnerships with academic elements in the development of strategies to attract and retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
  • Continue to build relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within the University’s catchment area
  • Manage the human, financial and physical resources of GUMURRII SSU effectively and efficiently
  • Enrich the University experience for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
