- Go to the Forgotten password login page.
- Login using your username and date of birth (in the format 01-JAN-1980).
- If you have a Secret Question recorded, enter the answer in the 'Answer' field when prompted. If you have forgotten your password and do not have a Secret Question and Answer recorded please contact us.
- Enter your new password in the 'New Password' and 'Re-type New Password' fields. Your new password must meet the following restrictions
- be at least 8 characters in length
- contain at least 1 letter and 1 number
- cannot be the same as your username
- must not be the same as any of your previous 4 passwords
- Once the confirmation screen is displayed, your password has been updated, but allow up to 30 minutes for it to flow through to all systems.
