Griffith University Scholarships are recognised as some of the most extensive and rewarding University Scholarship programs in Australia. With over 700 scholarships to the value of $5 million on offer, Griffith paves the way by offering scholarships to encourage and reward commitment to study and excellence.

Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarships

Griffith offers one of Australia's most comprehensive, generous and flexible scholarship schemes for high achieving students in the Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarships. All successful Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship applicants will be given the option of participating in the Honours College as a benefit of their scholarship.

Successful Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship applicants can choose to receive either:

  • $7,000 in the first year of study and $4,500 a year in three subsequent years or
  • A full Student Contribution Charge waiver for the cost of the student's program – for a total of up to four years of study

External Scholarships

The Griffith Honours College provides support to Griffith students and alumni who wish to apply for a prestigious external scholarship at an overseas institution. Any student or alumnus interested in applying for the following scholarships should contact the Honours College for further information.
