Booking EnglishHELP Appointments.

EnglishHELP provides individual language tuition and support for international and non-English-speaking-background students. Students can book ONE free 45 minute appointment per week with an EnglishHELP tutor on any campus. Appointments are available from week 1 of each semester and we are generally open during the mid-semester break.

• Call 3735 3735, 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
• Book a week in advance as places are limited.
• Bring your student card to your appointment.

Cancelling Your Appointment.

Call 3735 3735 to cancel your appointment, at least 24 hours before your appointment.
You will be unable to make any more appointments for the semester if you cancel appointments at short notice and/or fail to come to your appointment twice during the semester.

Making the Most of your EnglishHELP Appointment.

• EnglishHELP is not an editing service but we can help you improve your own work.
• It is best to come to EnglishHELP regularly with small parts of your assignment each time.
• Please print out your assignment before your appointment as we cannot work on your laptop.
• Bring the assignment question and marking criteria with you. It's much harder for us if you don't bring them.
• Plan when you are going to use EnglishHELP as we can do more if you come long before the assignment is due.
• Check your email to confirm your appointment time and where you will meet your EnglishHELP tutor.
• Please understand that you will probably need more than one appointment, especially with long assignments.
