What is Find Your Voice ?

The Find Your Voice workshops are designed to help International AND Domestic Students :

  • increase awareness and understanding of other cultures.
  • discuss cultural similarities and differences.
  • interact with people from different cultures.
  • gain confidence in speaking English.

Workshop Topics.

Some of the topics discussed in the course include :

  • Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions.
  • Body Language Across Cultures.
  • Language and Stereotypes.
  • Cultural Differences regarding Time and Personal Space.
  • Language for Discussions.
  • Culture Shock.
  • Lots of Discussions and more....

Get a Certificate.

Students who attend and satisfactorily participate in 6 weekly sessions (not including the final week) will receive a certificate of completion which might look good on your resume.
