EnglishHELP
EnglishHELP provides English language support to international and non-English-speaking-background students while they study and complements services offered to students through Student Services, Learning Services and International Student Services.
Students in degree courses in all faculties can use any of the EnglishHELP services free of charge.
The programs and services offered aim to assist students to develop:
- confidence and clarity in written and spoken English communication
- a resource of discipline specific terminology and English language forms
- the ability to access written texts and tasks appropriate to their discipline
- the skills to manage their independent ongoing English language development throughout their years at university
