Step 4: Re-check Status

ONLY students with a status of 'Approved' by Friday 6 July can graduate

How: Griffith Portal > Student > Graduation and beyond > Graduation Status*

When: Monday 2 July - Friday 6 July. (After end of semester results have been published)

Why: You are responsible for checking your graduation status. If your status does not appear as 'Approved' you will not graduate.

If you have late grades, awaiting a credit transfer or are sitting a deferred exam you will  be considered for either a later graduation round depending on your circumstances and invited to a December 2012 ceremony.

An email from a lecturer or course convenor saying you are eligible to graduate is NOT acceptable. You must have a status of 'Approved' in your Griffith Portal.

Graduation Status definitions: find out what each status means

* Please take note of the pathway as the link can only take you to the Griffith Portal.
