Step 1: Apply

Apply to have your academic record checked

This step is now closed.

Don't panic if you did not complete this step as our system may still pick you up. If you are a potential graduate Graduations will send an email to your student email account titled "Identified for graduation" starting from Monday 2 April 2012 with further instructions.

If after Monday 2 April 2012 you have not received an email titled "Identified for graduation" and you did not complete Step 1: Apply, please email graduations@griffith.edu.au.


This is Step 1 of a 4 step process. In order to graduate you must complete Step 2: Check Status from Monday May 28

  • Higher Degree Research Candidates
  • Finishing in Summer Semester

Step 2 Check Status

Check status: find out if you can graduate

Step 3: Register
Register:
tell us if you want to attend, not attend, or defer your ceremony. All students wishing to graduate must register.

Step 4 Re-check Status

Re-check status: ONLY approved students can graduate
