Open Universities Australia (OUA) students


The graduation process for Open Universities Australia (OUA) students differs from that of Griffith-enrolled students.Please follow the process below:

 Contact the Griffith University Off Campus and Assignment Handling Service (OCAHS) to advise your intention to graduate.
 Email: ocahs@griffith.edu.au By Friday 21 June (July graduation), By Friday 15 November (December graduation)
Step 2
 Wait for confirmation from OCAHS about your eligibility to graduate Email and/or letter From Monday 27 May (July graduation), From Monday Oct 21 (December graduation)
Step 3
 Register: tell us if you want to attend a ceremony or graduate in absentia Griffith Portal > Student > Graduation and beyond > Graduation Registration From Monday 27 May until 5:00pm Friday 19 July (July graduation).  From Monday Oct 21 until 5:00pm Friday November 29 (December graduation)
