GIHE academic staff supervise several Higher Degree Research students enrolled in masters and doctoral programs. We particularly welcome enquiries from academic staff interested in pursuing doctoral studies in higher education.
GIHE academic staff have expertise in a range of areas of relevance to policy and practice in higher education. These include:

- internationalisation
- use of technologies in learning and teaching
- work-integrated learning
- research-based learning
- problem-based learning
- curriculum design issues across disciplines and
- approaches to evaluation in higher education.
