The First Year Advisor (FYA) role is fundamental to the success of Griffith University’s student engagement, enrichment and retention goals. First Year Advisors provide expertise and leadership in planning, implementing and delivering orientation and engagement strategies relevant to the needs and characteristics of their commencing students.
