Graduate skills and student outcomes

Griffith University is committed to student success. An important part of this involves developing students generic or transferable skills (known within Griffith as 'graduate skills'). These skills are the key to preparing students for the challenges and demands of life and work in the 21st century. The University's staff, policies, programs and courses actively promote successful student outcomes and the development of graduate skills, capacities and attributes during and after undergraduate study.

The Griffith Graduate

A number of web resources and online tools are available to provide academic staff with skills and strategies for developing and assessing a range of graduate skills across disciplines and teaching contexts.

Generic Skills Toolkits

In response to requests from academic staff for practical, "how to" resources to help them embed graduate skills into the curriculum, these Toolkits have been developed by members of the Griffith Graduate Project team. They can be viewed on-line or printed for use in the classroom.
