Bachelor of Environmental Design (Landscape) – Gold Coast
Landscape architects bridge the disciplines of science and technology, and have a deep understanding of how
humans interact with their natural environment. This new major builds on Griffith’s world-renowned expertise in the environmental sciences, and is designed to meet future demands for sustainable development. You’ll learn through practical experience about designing spaces specially tailored to subtropical and tropical environments.

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy – Gold Coast
Occupational therapists help people live meaningful lives. They empower people to do the activities – occupations – that they want or need to do but have difficulty doing due to illness, injury or other disadvantages. As a graduate of this new degree, you’ll deliver life-changing outcomes. Through hands-on experience, you’ll develop the skills to create the career you want. You’ll interact with a community of students and experts – on-campus and through social media.

Bachelor of Science – Gold Coast and Nathan
We’ve streamlined our Bachelor of Science degree. From 2014, it will be the first degree on the Gold Coast to offer full programs of study in chemistry, maths and physics. You’ll also be able to choose from advanced specialisations at the Gold Coast and Nathan in areas such as environmental science, ecology, microbiology, biochemistry and the new areas of nanoscience and bioinformatics. As a graduate, you’ll meet the growing need in Australia for qualified scientists with the skills and confidence to work in exciting new science careers in industry and government.

Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice – Gold Coast
Combining a Law degree with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice will expand your career options and give you a better understanding of the criminal justice system. In this double degree, available at the Gold Coast for the fist time in 2014, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed for a career as a criminal lawyer. You’ll also learn about causes of crime and the treatment of criminals.

Bachelor of Psychological Science/Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice – Gold Coast
Expand your career options with this combination of degrees, available for the first time at the Gold Coast in 2014. You’ll develop an understanding of human behaviour and the variables that affect it. You’ll be able to apply this knowledge to understand why people commit crimes and how they can get caught up in the criminal justice system. You’ll also study crime trends and learn how crime can be analysed and prevented.
