Griffith Lecture
This is a recording of the free public lecture by The Honourable Michael Kirby AC CMG titled "Fundamental Human Rights and Religious Apostasy".
In this year's Griffith Lecture, Justice Michael Kirby of the High Court of Australia examined the problem of reconciling universal fundamental human rights with religious beliefs that forbid people born into a religious faith abandoning that belief and, worse still, insisting on public conversion to another belief.
