Gene flow and dispersal in Aedes vigilax in Australia

Description

The aim of this study to determine the extent of genetic variation within and among populations of Ae. vigilax more widely in Australia. More specifically to determine the population structure at the continental state and to determine any geographical component such as isolation by distance to its genetic structure, also to analyse evolutionary relationships among haplotypes to infer the evolutionary history of the species.
