Phytocapping of landfills for sustainable waste management: A study of soil, plant and water interactions under different Australian conditions.

Description

The overall aim of my project is to determine quantitatively and to provide robust evidence on whether phytocaps can meet the agreed regulatory performance criteria for alternative landfill final covers more cost competitively and resource use efficiently than comparable conventional coves over a vast variety of Australian climatic, geologic, geographical and hydrological jurisdictions and conditions.
