Project description: This project seeks to collect, analyse and eventually model data on cyclists and pedestrians at key sites on the Principal Cycle Network for South East Queensland. This collaboration of Queensland Transport, Gold Coast City Council and Brisbane City Council will see undergraduate and postgraduate students in the School of Environment's Transport Planning course undertaking intercept surveys to supplement recently installed data counters. A series of assessment items will introduce the students to transport surveys, data analysis and modelling.
