- How adequate are existing Australian local government funding arrangements to support new and emergent regional scale collaborative initiatives in environmental and natural resource management?
- What opportunities and options exist to improve (or enhance) existing Australian local government funding arrangements to better support their new and emergent regional scale collaborative responsibilities for environmental and natural resource management?
- How might an equitable regional funding model be developed under current Australian governance and institutional arrangements?
