Project description
This project provided a review of the current Queensland Transport and Main Roads project to undertake transport system modeling for the Preferred Pattern of Development in South East Queensland. The report is comprised of two parts. The first section provided comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the outputs of the transport system modeling. This is necessary as these modeling outputs are in turn the key inputs to the later evaluation process. The second section of the report focused on the evaluation process, identifying some concerns about the process initially proposed, outlining some issues that should be addressed and suggestions for alternative approaches.
