Project description
This report has been driven by three key ideas. These are: collaboration between community members and University researchers from the design of the study to community mapping and community refinement of research findings; exploring the link between transport access, transport disadvantage and social disadvantage through review of literature and an analysis of the transport network and infrastructure, public transport services, user experiences and profiling transport disadvantage in Carole Park; and applying an innovative community engagement technique-community mapping to articulate transport network and service issues and identify the users preferred transport system.
