The Coastal Community Engagement Program (CCEP) has been developed to maximise community understanding of natural coastal processes and management strategies. Bridging the gap between coastal decision makers and other stakeholders is necessary for sustainable coastal management. Community awareness, education and involvement are valuable tools towards long-term sustainable coastal systems.
