Dr David Bromwich was a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Hygiene in the School of Environmental Engineering at Griffith University. He has an honours degree in Physics (Adelaide), Masters in Medical Physics (QIT), Masters in Occupational Hygiene (London), PhD (Griffith) and is professionally certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (CIH), the British Occupational Hygienists (previously BERBOH) and the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (COH). He is a full member of various professional societies in occupational hygiene and radiation. Dr Bromwich has worked for nearly thirty years in health physics and occupational hygiene in inspectorial, corporate and academic roles. His research interests are in industrial ventilation, chemical protective clothing, heat stress and exposure visualisation (PIMEX). He has published over 70 papers and technical reports.
