HDR Student Symposium - Andrew Olds wins the Dr Christy Fellows Award
The HDR Student Symposium was held at the EcoCentre at Nathan campus and was well attended by staff and
students from the Nathan and Gold Coast campuses. The guest speaker was Professor Gerry Quinn from the Marine and Freshwater Science Centre for Integrative Ecology, Deakin University. A number of postgraduate students gave presentations at the Symposium.
A special award was presented this year in memory of former colleague, Dr Christy Fellows. Congratulations go to Andrew Olds who received this award. Other prize winners were Olivier Baggiano (second) and Iris Tsoi and Alisha Steward (equal third).
