Thesis

Integrated water resources management through policy and institutional measures in Red River Delta related to climate change.

Description

Climate change present one of the greatest challenges not only to development but also to human well-being.  Vietnam is one of the developing countries that will bear the most damage as  a result of climate changes and sea level rises. Especially, one of two biggest river systems  namely Red Thai Binh which covers 26 provinces, has 28 million citizen to live in and it also is agriculturally rich area as well will be vulnerable due to climate change. The thesis will focus on the policy method to adapt to negative impacts of climatic change in Red River Delta.
