The Australian Rivers Institute (ARI) hosted the Brisbane launch of This Land Our Water, Water Challenges for the 21st Century, A Collection of Papers by Peter Cullen. The book is a celebration of the late Professor Peter Cullen, a much respected advocate for the land and waterways of Australia and a man who was much involved in the original establishment of the Australian Rivers Institute. The collection resounds with the clarity of Peter’s purpose – to communicate scientific knowledge and influence the way Australians consider water use. The book was launched by Mr Greg Claydon, Executive Director, Strategic Water Initiatives, Department of Environment and Resource Management, Queensland Government.
