Master of Teaching
The Master of Teaching (Primary and Secondary) are offered on the Gold Coast campus. The Gold Coast campus is situated approximately 70 kilometres south of Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland.
The Master of Teaching is a 2 year degree which is offered in a condensed 18 month period through the use of Summer School and additional studies in the two main semesters.
The first year of study in the Master of Teaching degree is completed on campus at Griffith University, Gold Coast. In the final semester, students have the opportunity to complete the Internship and Action Research in Canada, New Zealand or Australia.
Close to seemingly endless surf beaches, rainforests, and a cosmopolitan central business district, the Gold Coast campus provides the ideal environment to complete the rigours of academic study.

On-campus accommodation

Off-campus accommodation
Off-campus accommodation is generally in self contained units or apartments which are commonly rented by students on a shared basis. Apartments are in a variety of settings with accommodation prices ranging between $125/150 a week on a shared basis.
Arrival at Griffith
If requested, upon arrival students are accommodated in temporary accommodation for several nights in a nearby motel. Students' are required to pay for this accommodation. Assistance is then provided to locate suitable accommodation. Apartments are in a variety of settings: Beachfront/river etc, and as a general rule accommodation prices range between $100 and $125 a week on a shared basis.
