Research
The current foci of this program are socially responsible investment, and integrity in the governance of morally contested industries (such as gambling). The program is expanding to examine issues such as:
- the correlation between (un)ethical behaviour and organisational failure;
- 'cultures of greed', how they are created and maintained, and how they can lead to organisational failure;
- whether and how organisations might proof themselves against personal ethical 'meltdowns', and how they might ensure that staff performance meets basic ethical standars;
- the link between ethical behaviour and organisational flourishing.
