How to photocopy

There are many different types of photocopiers available to you.

To begin copying an item, enter your student number and 4 digit PIN, in the keypad attached to the photocopier.

Simple instructions for photocopying;

photocopying and binding
  1. Place the document to be copied on the left hand side of the glass (or in the document feeder facing up if one is provided)
  2. Press the 'copy' button
  3. Press the 'clear modes' button
  4. Enter the desired quantity of copies on the keypad
  5. Select the desired finishing options from the touchscreen
  6. Press 'start'

Duplexing

  1. Press the Dup/Combine/Series tab on the touchscreen
  2. Use the touchscreen to select the desired 'Duplexing" position
