Poster sessions

We encourage registered participants to present Posters relating to the Conference and workshop themes. All contributors of posters will have the opportunity to discuss their work with conference delegates after each Plenary session.

Poster Guidelines

The organising committee requests that you prepare your poster to the following guidelines:

Poster Guidelines
Size AO (841x1189mm)
Format Portrait
Preferred Font Must be clear and legible
Material Standard poster cardboard, laminated if possible
Method of Fixing The organising committee will provide you with Velcro disks for mounting of your poster/s onto exhibition boards

The organising committee will also provide you with assigned positions to mount your poster presentations on exhibition boards. If you have any enquires concerning poster presentations or any other aspect of the conference, please do not hesitate to contact us.
